Situated in beautiful Spokane Valley just minutes away from the Washington/Idaho border, Whispering Pine Press, Inc. is an international publishing house dedicated to providing families, children, parents, and beginning readers with fiction, nonfiction, inspirational, and poetic reading materials that are wholesome, informative, educational, and available in a variety of languages. Our fiction and nonfiction literature attempts to reinforce strong family values, while increasing the reader’s self-esteem. In our children’s books, we are strongly dedicated to encouraging learning and exploration through reading, self-discovery, problem solving, and other indispensable activities that will capture their curiosity and enthusiasm. We work carefully to maintain and honor the strength, courage, and challenges of today’s modern women in such a way that avoids negating the value of more traditional roles. Themes of self-discovery, nature, and a higher power reoccur frequently in our poetry and inspirational work. We pride ourselves on promoting regional materials that stress the area’s symbiotic relationship with the environment, economically and socially. We believe that the health and welfare of communities and individuals is closely interlinked with the health and welfare of the environment. By supporting a sound environment, we are supporting communities. We strongly believe in encouraging strong inter-communal bonds. By strengthening these ties, we strengthen individuals and foster respect for all members of our community. We recognize that diversity is an integral part to healthy communities. To this end, in our books we support concepts that encourage inclusion and equality. Individuality is also very important to us, as well as showcasing unique books that speak from the heart and flow from the minds of experts in diverse fields. Our desire is to provide outstanding materials that will inspire, entertain, inform, and delight readers, young and old.
